Jessica Cain
Jessica Cain is the driving force behind Sonder Consulting Group, a visionary consultancy committed to empowering organizations and individuals to thrive. With over 18 years of experience in employee engagement, program development, and strategic leadership, Jess has a proven track record of transforming workplace cultures and fostering authentic connections.
Recognized as the top 1% of employees in a 77,000-person organization for exceptional contributions and impact, Jess earned this prestigious recognition by initiating a partnership with Wharton University and Adam Grant to challenge assumptions about workplace well-being. Through this collaboration, Jess launched one of the largest culture change initiatives in her organization’s history, developing over 30 support circles where 15% of the workforce self-enrolled to foster connection, mental health awareness, and professional growth.
Jess’s leadership extends beyond culture change initiatives. As the Chair and Connect Director for a Global Women’s Business Resource Group with over 19,000 members, she played a pivotal role in creating a sense of belonging for women across the globe. She also founded and led the Workplace Wellness for Women Support Circle, which grew to include over 1,700 members, addressing the unique challenges faced by women in corporate environments.
To tackle conversations often overlooked in corporate America, Jess created the Wellbeing Lab, a platform for discussing workplace mental health, resilience, and holistic well-being. In 2024 alone, she delivered keynote presentations to over 13,000 employees, sparking meaningful dialogue and driving impactful change. Known for her ability to inspire and uplift, Jess is also a highly sought-after mentor, helping emerging leaders articulate their stories, amplify their voices, and grow their influence.
When she’s not leading transformative initiatives, Jess is teaching Pilates, coaching high school volleyball, and exploring ways to cultivate balance and joy in every aspect of life.
